This is because HCDX list is moderated and sometimes I'm not on the computer
to approve these mails (like sleeping, playing golf or just watching the
Sopranos on TV).

Sometimes, of course, delays can be caused by servers - either in your end
or here. I am not aware of any recent problems in my end.
