Heard from here Radio Lubumbashi on this frequency on 4 May at around
15.00
with long talk and debate in French and at 16.00 program in vernacular then
at
17.35 in French again with announcement mentioning Lubumbashi twice
then
followed by long talk and African songs until 18.35 and in vernacular again
just
after that and went off at 21.05 after a short announcement and mentioning
Lubumbashi.
Still there when checked to-day at 17.30 but the reception is very poor and
noisy.
