[HCDX] Afghanistan

Having recently returned from a trip to Kabul and Herat, the Afghanistan
page of the Interval Signals Archive has been modified with several new and
updated audio files of Afghan radio stations, such as Radio Herat, Radio
Kabul and Radio Turkiyem. There is also a link to another page with photos
of Radio Afghanistan and Kabul.   All this is at
