[HCDX] Radio Rossii in 171 kHz

We will resume our Radio Rossii relay on 171 kHz via Kaliningrad
starting on August 1st. The schedule: 0100-2100 UTC daily, 600 kW, ND.
Please write me some words if you will check this one...
