[HCDX] Radio Finland

This morning I heard Radio Finland's special broadcast on the EDXC-2002. I
tried both  21.520 and 15.530.  At 21.520 nothing was heard. A fair audio
was received on 15.530 and with heavy noise I was able to get details oin
the development of the conference. Good day to all
