R.Dushanbe ,Tadzhikistan is using a New frequency :4760 kHz
for it's early morning (local time) broadcast .
The station was heard around 0110 UTC with several mentions of
"Dushanbe"
just before AIR Leh s/on,although AIR Port Blair was also there
co-channel.
