you obviously received ORTM Nouakchott from Mauretania. You might want
to check the Ontario DX Association's Mailorder page at
http://www.odxa.on.ca/mailorder.pdf

for a copy of the Tropical Band List, which will give you more
information about this frequency range (I am the publisher, btw).
