Hi, Mario I think you hear Radio Mauretanie, Nouakchott, MTN. It is very strong here with Moslem prayers or Quran reading in Arabic. As a matter of fact many stations in the same region are best heard in the morning here local time,  but quite not as late as you say. With daylight here they are vanishing. One good example is the rather superb signals from a local station in Benin on 5025 ORTB, Parakou which might sweep away Radio Rebelde Cuba.  73 good DX-ing/Johan Berglund, Trollhättan, Sweden
