[HCDX] 7,110khz unknown ...

Hi John

I am sure it is Radio Ethiopia, Gedja.
I have heard them several times on this frequency and the xylophone ID and
music is typical Ethiopian music.

I heard a station broadcasting in english on 7,110.0 khz with very bassy
audio, very difficult to understand from 0330z to 0400z. SIO about 333.
Music
sometimes sounded african, other times jazzy organ/piano. There was an
interval signal at 0400z that sounded like a xyxlophone then into possibly
arabic language. Couldn't find any parallel frequencies as listed in the ILG
database.

I'm thinking Radio Uganda, but I can't find any references that anybody else
has heard them on this frequency.

I have a few short .wav files at this address:

Ideas?
