[HCDX] HF Conditions (1 Oct 2002)

FAST WARNING 'PRESTO' MESSAGE from the SIDC (RWC-Belgium)(edited by NW7US):
Strongly perturbed geomagnetic conditions(Kp = 7) are currently recorded. This
magstorm is caused by a coronal hole in the southern solar hemisphere. Strongly
negative Bz (< -20 nT) and increasing solar wind speeds (> 400 km/s) are being
measured. It is expected that the coronal hole will rotate out of view and that
the magstorm will start decaying the coming hours.
