[HCDX] Languages?

Are Philippine/Filipino and Tagalog the same language? Also Vatican state
they transmit in Scandinavian - does anyone know what language this actually
is or is it a mix of languages from that part of the world. Here is the
Scandinavian language B02 for Vatican Radio:-
