[HCDX] Lop for UNstation

Hi Fellows:

Listened a few minutes ago, at 1430 Z, in 18940 kHz
a station speaking in arab, (??) by male & fenale.
Some words as New York, Afganisthan was heard.
Passport don´t show that frequency! Any idea???
