[HCDX] Howes AA2 active antenna?

Hi,
just was searching my "million box" couple of days ago,  I refound old Howes
AA2 active antenna kit.

Unfortunately I do not have the circuit diagrams left anymore.

Would appreciate if somebody could help with the connection points: namely
LK1,  LK2  and LK3,  also the external connection points A,  B etc.
Could be handy if someone still has the diagrams.
