[HCDX] AIR

I heard AIR (All India Radio) last night on 10330KHz at 0200Z. I can not find any
information as to whether this frequency is part of the External Services or the Intereior Services of AIR. Is there a shcedule published someplace that includes this freqency? Does AIR Still verify reports?
