[HCDX] PARAGUAY: Radio America

PARAGUAY:
9983 Radio America, Villeta, 0220-0235, October 30, spanish transmission.
Long religius talk by male in spanish. 44443. First ocassion I heard this
station on this frecuency. I can`t hear Radio America on 2300 and 7737 khz
and I can`t hear the station now,  at 0845 UTC,  in all frecuencies too.
