Yes, still on air, though they were off for a few days a couple of weeks
ago.  Audible as I write this on usual 5020, 1045 on 11/11.

Hi,

can  anybody receive SIBC? In spite of low Kp index I get no signal on
5020,  neither  via  long  nor  short path. Vanuatu came in clear this
morning on 7260, nothing heard on 4960.
