[HCDX] Cote D'Ivoire

Help!

Has Cote d'Ivoire been heard with an regularity recently on shortwave?

I've written to the Ambassador of Cote D'Ivoire to the U.S. for help
verifying an old reception report from Cote d'Ivoire.  He has asked me if he
can tune the station in on shortwave. I haven't seen many reports of it
being heard recently- of course, I haven't been looking for them recently
either.

Can you help me?
