[HCDX] Increasing Signal Strenght- Small solution

Dear DX friends,

With no boubt, the USA will attack Iraq, ans as a
DXer, I went to monitor the event via the 

Aiswaves. This is why I'm obliged to take my receiver
with me to the university.
So, I can't erect the telescopic antenna there.
I wonder if any one of you can help me; I need a small
solution to increase the signal strenght 

without erecting the telescopic antenna. for examle;
how to construct a small simple amplifier? or 

how to build a small antenna that can be make in the
bag?

Please help me as sonn as possible. Thank you in
advance.
