Ed & all,
Yeah, Amazon notified me a
couple weeks ago that WRTVH was unavailable, so my free shipping was canceled.
When I ordered another book to get back the free shipping, they told me for my
trouble, they'd upgrade me to UPS 2nd day for free...but then charged me $10.97
for my "upgrade"!
After 1 email complaint, they
refunded my $10.97 & my books were shipped. They should arrive today in the
snowstorm we're having here on east coast USA. I don't think Amazon are
thieves, but I think they are sometimes disorganized. They do make things right
when an error is pointed out. I'll continue to do business with
them.
