[HCDX] Vanuatu 7260 active?

Hi,
does anybody hear Vanuatu on 7260 kHz these days?
No carrier heard last week when I tried it three times, always between 0700-0730 UTC.
This morning (17 Feb, 0720 UTC) I heard a very weak carrier but also another one off
channel...
