According to the Norkring Web-site www.norkring.com 
DRM tests is scheduled on 675 khz NRK Røst from
Feb. 12th to Feb. 19th  from 09.00 to 22.00 hours.
During the test-periods, the normal NRK-programming
will be interupted.

This according to Otto Jan Waage, Norkring, Feb 12th.
