| I am new at this guys so go easy on me. Today Feb 18th at 20:00 UTC on freq 15.300.85, I thought I heard Voice of Hope. Good signal but alot of noise. If anyone was listening to that broadcast, was it Voice of Hope and where do they trasmit from. Thank You Vic |
