[HCDX] Radio Australia at 15540 khz

Tuesday Feb.25 I heard Radio Australia Mandarin language program at 15540 
khz at 13:35 utc. Program in CC called 'Au Cou Thung Sien' hosted by Mr. 
Chen Hou and at 14:06 news by OM. According to Passport, R.Australia not 
listed at 15540 khz . Something wrong for the list 15540 khz in Passport ? 
Anyone has ideas ?
