[HCDX] two new logs on 31m

Hello to all of you !

Here are 2  new 31-meters band logs from this first day of my spring holidays (March 3 to 8 + 2 full week-ends)

Heard on the Sangean ATS606A rx with long-wire antenna connected directly
into the ANT terminal:

9580 GABON  Afrique Numéro Un, Libreville  MAR 3 1959 - End of African mx,
pips, then man in FF "...Afrique Numéro Un, La radio africaine; il est vingt
heures" then nx. Fair with some little fadings. Probably heard on the
Realistic DX-351 analog rx before, but not sure (no ID and I wasn't 100% of
the freq then). (Chiochiu-QC)

9725 CHEZCH REPUBLIC  RFL (Radio Europa Liberã), Prague  MAR 3 1900-2000 -
lots of talk programs about the European Union in Romanian, some reports
from Chisinãu - IDs often after the reports; inteliggible about 47 to 50% at
the time with a fair signal strenght but lots of rapid fadings and slight to
moderate het from 9720 wich (apparently) had an AA Pgm. First time I
identify a SW station in Romanian that is not R. Romania Int. Nice !
(Chiochiu-QC)

73 and good DX !
Bogdan Chiochiu

Btw.: The past night beetwen mid-night and mid-night:15 EST (0500 to 0515
UTC) I heard bits of romanian talk as well on 7155, probably BBC but too much QRM
from 7150 and 7160 to understand much, but 4 or 5 words of the whole
broadcast !
