[HCDX] Radio4 Sweden relay 18960

John Wright in Australia.
Heard the football on 18960 at 1300 thru to 1400 when went to bed as was
1am here in Eastern Australia. Signal started off almost perfect then
faded right down by 1400. 9410 very poor had gone by 1400. There must
have been some goals as the crowd noise was pretty intense at
times..GRIN

What would be the best address to write for a QSL to Radio 4 as believed
this was the home station..relay..does Radio Sweden domestic QSL?
