[HCDX] Re: Hit Shortwave 4050/4940 not in parallel

Was 4940 not listed as Radio Mix master,is it possible that Hit Shortwave is 
on 4940 from Yakutsk and 4050 from Biskek.Of course this is pure speculation 
on my part
