[HCDX] Where is Qatar?

Has anyone recently heard Qatar here in North America, especially in the
West? I have been trying to log them without any luck. Jordon & Oman
have been easy, but no Qatar. They have listed 500 KW. With that power
they should be heard worldwide.  If anyone has logged them recently,
what frequency and what time. Thanks.
