- Russian talk, IS, then time pips at 2000, followed by man in Russian
with news; mention of Irak. Poor signal with lot of fadings.
Taped. Initially logged as Irak, but after reading the George Maroti and
reviewing my tape, I release the talk was in Russian, not Arabic
(Chiochiu-QC).
