I got the following answer to my email RR to Radio Network 3 on 6955 kHz.
Sorry my italian is near to nil, but I think they wrote that this shortwave
frequency which carried/carries? their programme was/is? not transmitt/ed?
by them. Looks like someone else is "playing" with a TX and their programme?

Subject: Presunta ricezione di Radio 3 Network in onde corte.

Gentili Sig.ri nel ricevere le Vostre email, sono rimasto alquanto sorpreso per ciò che avete dichiarato:
ovvero una presunta ricezione della nostra Emittente in Onde Corte. 

Faccio presente che la nostra radio trasmette SOLO in FM nel territorio compreso tra le Prov. di Siena e di
Firenze, e in live streaming attraverso il nostro sito www.radio3.net 

Per cui ciò che avete sentito NON dipende affatto da noi, ma si tratta di ignoti che stanno in qualche modo
ritrasmettendo il nostro segnale SENZA alcun motivo e SENZA autorizzazione. 

Vi sarò grato se vogliate monitorare anche nei prossimi giorni, ed avvertirci tempestivamente circa
l'eventuale presenza del segnale in onde corte, in modo tale da poter denunciare alle Autorità competenti
questo strano episodio, di cui ripeto NON siamo responsabili. 
Il nostro Avv. il Sig. Fontana, che legge per conoscenza questa email, provvederà ad inoltrare la
segnalazione alle Autorità competenti e si riserverà di agire al fine di tutelare la nostra immagine e il nostro
operato. 

Vi ringrazio molto per le preziose segnalazioni, e sarò lieto di inviarvi i ns. adesivi.
