[HCDX] V. of Turkey frequency change

I don't know if this has already been reported on this list or not. In any
case, the Voice of Turkey now is broadcasting its 2200-2300 English news and
commentary hour on 12.000 mhz instead of its former 11.960 mhz. It continues
to broadcast the English hour on 9.830 mhz in the 31 mtr band.

I am receiving the 12.000 mhz signal with moderately good strength in
southeastern Montana in the upper midwest of the U.S. The 9.830 mhz is only
fair strength.

I assume the broadcast is still directed at Europe, rather than N.A.
