[HCDX] Radio Farda on mediumwave from UAE

New in the IBB schedule at
http://sds.his.com:4000/fmds_z/schedules/cur_freqsked.txt is 1170 kHz
carrying Radio Farda 24h from Dhabayya, UAE. This will probably wipe out
reception of the Iraqi transmitter at Umm Qasr on the same frequency.
