[HCDX] WSM off last night

This is based on overnight taping while at work, so I could be wrong, but 
seemed like WSM was doing some transmitter work friday night in the wee hours. 
Audio suddenly appearing out of the noise to S9+ strengths and suspiciously 
absent for a good portion of the night.

WNMT, Nashwauk, MN heard at very good levels several times.
