[HCDX] Station changes name: Taiwan.

Dear friends:
Last night june 15, I heard on Radio Teipei International spanish service 
that this station will be changing its name to:
VOICE OF TAIWAN
RADIO TAIWAN INTERNATIONAL
These change will be from July 1st.
