Hello there, just one question:
On June 29 on 7570 at 18:00 UTC I listened to a
station who identified itself
as "Station for civilization". But this only the
subtitle. The name is
Radio ???? International 101 FM. The freq.
was under heavy interference
by some noise. OM played african mx, then House and
arabian style mx.
He had an accent I could not identify. Then some
listeners phoned in.
Signal was first 3 3 3, then became weaker and
was "swallowed" by
this strange noise.
Does anybody have informations about this
station?
