[HCDX] Basel Dx Daily Logbook

Hello,
just to say thanks for the good work on your homepage and nice infos and 
logs. I hope to also present some stuff in the future. Anyway- i come over the 
3224 khz, 1.7.2003 around 19h UTC and was not sure, if  i heard a station or not- 
but it sounded to me like there was a station with very, very weak audio - 
could you help me about this?- could it be Togo?? - the other Qrg of Togo is 
nearly the same situation at my Qth, the audio is mostly very, very weak.
