[HCDX] Egypt on 864

Hello all,

Various handbooks and tables say that 864 kHz carries 24h Holy Quran program
from Egypt. But a couple of times I heard general-style (non-religious)
broadcasting on this freq (both times after midnight).

This morning, at about 0047 UTC, I was surprised to discover that 819 and
864 kHz go in parallel. So apparently 864 kHz joins the Main Arabic program
for some hours at night, or..?
