[HCDX] AFN Guam 5765U

On 24 July at 1900 on 5765U with nice signal noted
AFN program. Haven't heard this one (Guam it used to be)
for some time. They were off the air due to damages by
a hurricane. Active again (maybe have been for some time,
just went unnoticed by me).
