[HCDX] 4835 khz unid station heard

Hi
At about 0800 or earlier ,I was hearing a weak signal on this frequency
Male announcer talking in language that I can't figure out,it didn't
sound French or Arabic ,so Radio Mali is out.It disappeared right at
0830.No sign of het or  carrier after that time. The only station I have
on this frequency  is ABC  Northern Service  in Aboriginal?
language.Anyone know if they still use this frequency or did I hear
something else? . I was using the 50' wire and RX320. Signal about s-1
if that.Format seemed to be at  mid hour playing a couple of  songs then
back to talking .

Dxing from Kentucky using Drake R4A,TenTec RX320,150 ft longwire at 60
degrees,
50 ft wire at 165 degrees.
Nothing but linux used on this machine by me .
