[HCDX] AFN Puerto Rico Relay QSL

PUERTO RICO, Roosevelt Roads, AFN Relay. 7507 Received a p/d 
Letter (no freq or time) in 14 days from National Public 
Radio (NPR), 635 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, DC, 
20001-3753.  V/s Jeff Rosenberg, Director, NPR Worldwide. 
Mr. Rosenburg stated that "As we do not own nor operate a 
transmitter, we do not issue QSL cards.  Our interest is 
exclusively in the programming and the impact we can have 
with the content of the shows."  He astutely concluded that 
I since could pick up the station in high quality FM audio 
simultaneously on a local station I must be more interested 
in picking up distant stations than in the actual content of
