[HCDX] Prof Skupin gives opening lecture in DRM

The opening lecture at 15.8.03 will held by Prof. Skupin about drm.
Prof. Skupin is well known as drm-specialist in kommunication technics
and information theorie. 
He has been also a Dxer for long time.
We are happy he will come to the EDXC Conference.
