[HCDX] Special broadcast LRA36 Antarctica 15476

ANTARCTICA, LRA36 LRA Radio Nacional Arcangel 
15476. The special transmission was mostly a bust 
here in Maryland, USA.  The signal was barely over 
the noise floor S1.  I heard bits and pieces of a 
man and a woman talking and a couple of times, 
possible music.  0100-0200 28 Aug 2003.  I 
appreciate the effort to put this special 
transmission on and hope we can have another
