[HCDX] Radio Jordan

Radio Jordan from Al Karanah, Jordan, noted with it's English programme back
on it's correct frequency of 11690 kHz Today ( Sept 13th ) at 1300 with News
Bulletin and Pop Music.  It would appears that yesterdays transmission on
11960 kHz must have been a one off switching error by the station.
