[HCDX] 6955 USB Pirate
 UnIDed North American Pirate, Sept.29th, 0312-0316*, 6955 USB, just caught 
the end of the program, om announcer with tx on Pirates/Pirate Radio, 
excellent signal in the clear, over modulation producing terrible audio. Big 
signal, first thought to be KIPM! SINPO: 4,5,4,4,2. Please QSL!
