[HCDX] corection 9645.3! Bandeirantes

Please read a correction  for 9645.3! 

BRAZIL 9645.3! BAndeirantes 2115 OM with PO talks  , refs to Brazil , 
adverts reports . Tune in 2155 with discussions between several 
persons and laughs! and again some refs to Brazil. On 2220  there was 
QRM from China 9645 .
Signal S3 , 24342 with USB Liangas3 Oct Retziki THS Greece

I Use the ! for the off frequency IT seems now common for Brazilian 
stations  to tune off ( in order to get rid from co ch QRM????)
