[HCDX] Utility or spy?

Hi out, clever folks out there,
Can you please help me to ID this one?:
On 4600 kHz at 17.00-17.09 today, Oct 5th, a strange station with a female 
voice counting figures and telling short messages (some of them very similar 
to each other) like a weather or volmet station, but also like the spy 
transmitters. Sounding like she said (Hong) Kong many times and the language 
also sounded Chinese or similar. Please help!
