[HCDX] RAI 846 off

In the last days RAI Rome 846 was off during the night. So it was
possible, here in Italy, to receive KBC Nyaminia (100 kw) Kenya observed
in // with 1386 kHz. I was in Abetone (Tuscany mountains) from 10 to 15
October with Dario Monferini and we heard also Radio North, Redcastle,
Ireland: "This is the new Radio North" with country gospel music.
