Xizang PBS Lhasa now starts its transmissions at 2150 UTC (ex 2250) and closes down
at 1730 UTC (ex 1700). Observed on 4905, 4920, 5240 and 7385 kHz.
ID: "China Tibet People's Broadcasting Station".
