[HCDX] UNID 6216 and others

This morning at 1603 on 6216 Music and some kind of repetitive language in some kind of Chinese dialect with periodic interuptions in what sounded like a different Chinese dialect.
Off at 1608.  ???
 
Also VOR in EE at 1557on 6205 + I.D.  Picked up a lot of Odd Russians this morning.
 
Here's another: 11670 at 1655 unknown language with "tweeting bird sounds" just 
before sign off at 1700.  ?
