[HCDX] Correction "New Swedish Radio...?

It´s 17.30 UTC!
I´m sorry, but I gave wrong information about the time when the new
Swedish radio station will transmit on January 15th.
The time is 17.30 UTC (not 16.30 that I wrote, I forgot that the summer
time is gone, bad excuse...).
The Frequency is 981 Khz.
