[HCDX] Some information needed again

1 Please is WYFR family Radio, using transmitters in UAE and UK? If yes, what frequencies and time are those?

2 Why has nobody pick up issue with World Harvest Radio over their promises on air to issue qsl cards for correct reception reports, but they never do. I have never seen any one reporting of getting qsl from them. Why? I believe Cumber Dx is affiliated in some way with them. Someone has to talk to them.

3 Is china radio Int. using transmitters in Brazil? What frequency would that be?
